Place is disgusting, pubic hairs all over the place, floors dirty, shower had more grime than you could imagine. Hole in the ceiling and they have stuck toilet roll in it. Toilet dirty, bed disgusting. Don’t bloody stay here. Booking.com says 11am check out and they tried to argue with me and they have a cheek considering the bloody state of this place, my dogs beds are cleaner than this place.

It was awful. Thought it was supposed to be a bed & breakfast, but we barely got a bed! The Fridge should have been fumigated - you opened the door and it stunk! There was mold in the Shower. We had dripping water in the cupboard next to the bed (if you can call it that!) They must of known the water tank needed to be fixed as there were towels and a bowl which was full and Overflowing! I have pictures and a video showing how bad the place was. Certainly would not recommend staying to anybody. And before we are told we should have spoken to the staff - what staff would that be?! The advert for the property is nothing but fake.

There was nothing to like about this room. I had stupidly booked it for 2 weeks.

The 1st week I stayed I tried to enter the code for the main door but it was broken and the door could just be pushed open. This was broken for the full 2 week stay. The building is outdated and has a horrible smell, but nothing compared to the smell and state of the room. I entered my room and all looked okay at first. On the 1st week stay I found in the bin in the bathroom a full bin of female hair. The shower absolutely stank. The laminate floor was covered in hair and dust and screws, yep screws. The bed was so uncomfortable that I brought my own thin roll up mattress to give the mattress a bit more comfort. The 2nd week I arrived on the Monday after going home Friday, so somebody else had the room saturday and sunday. I entered the room and the curtians were missing. I contacted the owner who told me somebody would be out to sort it. I waited a while but nobody arrived. I told them not to bother sending anyone as I wanted to sleep, so I had to use my towel to cover the window. I was told that someone would be round in the morning to fix this issue. Unfortunately when I got back there was still no curtians. I then decide to look in the cupboard and found the curtians stuffed in the corner. I fixed the curtians myself. Another issue was the code for my door. This code was the same code I used the week before so this code does not get changed. I asked for this to be changed too, and was told it would be done the next day, but again this was not changed and I no longer got any replies back from the owner. I belive I should of been paid to stay here not the other way round. Also to top it off week 2 I was bitten alive by bed bugs. My arms neck and legs were covered in bites. I am current in contact with trading standards regarding this as I belive this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. - So main door unsecure anybody can walk of in the street. (REPORTED TO OWNER) -Room door code does not get changed.

Uncomfortable bed, noisy pipes, couldn't get into the property at first, not in a good, location, good walk into town.

Convenient location and cheap

Staying here represented a new low in my life. Room was very basic and unclean. I think it had flees or something. Bed was very lumpy and i ended up sleeping ontop of the duvet in my clothes. Other guests were loud, smoking and making noise until early hours in the communal backgarden underneath my window on one night. I stayed here because it said it had free parking but 2 days i was unable to park in one of the spaces and had to park on road. All on all, I would never stay here again.
