Fully equipped kitchenette

Owner's dogs,couldn't open the sliding door leading to the patio and swimming pool.We had our dog with us,site says accommodation is pet friendly.We were scared that the owner's dog will attack us and our dog.They barked aggressively at us when we arrived from behind the fence from the other side of the parking area and main entrance to the accommodation.The owner's son met us upon arrival.He made an attempt to take the dogs in to their house ,but later fleetingly reported that he could only manage to put one dog in the house,because the dogs are fighting each other.One of the dogs remained in the garden where we were supposed to have access to.The window in the toilet had no burglar bars and couldn't close properly because the latch was broken.It was extremely hot and we had to sleep with every window and door closed due to safety concerns . The cottage is situated in the owner's backyard.There is no name board in front and the name Royal Karoo Cottage should translate to Royal Mess.

I was accommodated in a different place compared to what was advertised. Way below budget standard

Hosts left us waiting for 15 mins at a totally different address to where we were staying. Wi fi not working, security gate unable to lock from inside flat, heater on the aircon not functioning, dissappointing experience!!!!
