"Fine for a short stay , have stayed in better and have stayed in worse"

Location location location right in centre of town in quiet street , large spacious apartment

Needs a little tlc, all very well leaving Prosecco and biscuits, but time would be better served dusting down surfaces (especially skirtings)

"Would stay again but could do with a small amount of fixing the paint peeling off the bedroom wall and bathroom wall."

Location

Walls has black marks, bedroom wall peeling. Would have been good to know it’s two flights of stairs to enter the unit.

It's not a dislike but though apartment is very central in location it is next to a pub ,think this should have been made clearer in description ,may not suit others

"Shocking staff , no heating in winter!!!"

The property was freezing when we contacted the team they didn’t care and told us there was a thermostat that keeps heat on for 2 hours at a time the time was actually 10 minutes all of the team was freezing the full night and never got a good nights rest we stay in places pretty much every week and this is the worst customer service we have ever received I’m appalled
