Really good location and nice apartment

The property as basic but did the job.

There is free parking in the area not for the property this needs to be removed. Outside the bedroom windows in a pigeon nest it is gross. Bird poop every where they kept us up all night. My white socks were black from walking around for just an hour. There was mould in the bathroom. On the wall in the lounge there was mould on the walls. Lucky it was just for a night as would have to bring everything from home to cooking utensils wise. Tried to check in early asked in advance it was accepted then on the morning of check in and asked if this was okay and they said they would get back to me which they never did.

Good location. Spacious. Kitchen was nice.

I was woken up by pigeons (about 15+) outside my room which was quite loud and disruptive. Sheets had a weird smell and did not seem fresh.

Relatively safe working class neighborhood

It was grimey. I had to clean the scum and black hairs from the tub and scour the bathroom before we could use it. We found extra sheets to cover the sofa and chair to sit on. The carpets had stains and a black pathway where people walked. We had to keep our shoes on. The kitchen utensils were random. The only long handled tool was a soup ladle to flip the eggs. The courtyard has become a pigeon coup which was disgusting! I’m not talking one or two birds. This was a homing site for a whole flock. The bedroom windows faced onto to this mess and the noise and the smell was an actual health hazard. There was some cool tech in the apartment but none of it worked. There wasn’t even a hair dryer. Once we were checked in and paid the host ghosted us. Go elsewhere!

Great location in walking distance of town. The flat is big, the kitchen looks new and there’s everything you need.
