The girl at the reception desk was friendly

The hotel’s not facing the main road hence quite dark and creepy especially at night. The floor was sticky, the sink n mirror in the washroom were dirty got some hair at toilet floor trap perhaps from previous guests

The receptionist was friendly but my mistake is cancel the booking thru apps then booked manually because i cannot an upgrade my room at the first place

I booked thru this apps because i was in emergency for looking place atleast can take a bath. Then when i arrived at the hotel, i ask the receptionist to an upgrade my room. His said that he cannot do that because i booked thru apps then his suggest to cancel the booking then make a new booking. Then i cancel the booking but for the free cancellation need to approved by the host. I think the host will accept my request because that was suggestion by the receptionist so would be no problem to accept my cancellation without fees. Then booked manually at the counter with the receptionist but my free cancellation request got rejected by thw host and i already contacting the receptionist and his said their staff did not cancel my request but after i send the screenshoot about the rejection email. His did not reply my whatapps anymore. That why i deciding to give a review.

Very bad staff communication. Bad service at the counter.
