There’s nothing to be liked

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty—the floor was so sticky that we couldn’t walk without slippers. The toilet was also in terrible condition. We arrived at night, and to make matters worse, the night shift staff responded to our questions with arrogance and a lack of professionalism. Despite paying for the room, what we received was far below expectations. During check-in, we were only handed the room key without any additional instructions. At check-out, we were unexpectedly told to bring the air conditioner and TV remotes to the counter. When we mentioned that we had left them in the room, the staff rudely insisted that we go back and retrieve them ourselves. It’s baffling why the staff are even there if they expect customers to do their job. Overall, the staff’s laziness and the poor condition of the room made this a very unpleasant stay. We are extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Need to improve the cleanliness of bed sheets and pillowcases. The pillows also need to be replaced because they have a strong smell and make it difficult to sleep.
