Fortune Havens- Entire 3BDR Home with Private Parking and Back garden

Property was very clean and we felt very safe & any amenities weren’t far from the property and the owner was very helpful when we needed her :) we were only a short walk to work and we had on sight parking would highly recommend this property

*Clean and comfortable single bedroom. *My bed was super comfortable with lovely bounce back pillows. *Bed linen pristine white and fresh smelling. *Complimentary tea and coffee/ kettle. *Beautiful lounge with big flat-screen TV, all viewing channels, including Netflix. *Beautiful, clean kitchen with ALL amenities to cook, use fridge and washing machine if required. BEAUTIFUL, peaceful, little place - it was a delight to stay. I had the entire place to myself. CLEAN throughout the WHOLE property, even the staircase with a no shoes policy - EXACTLY how it should be!

There are only a few minor discrepancies. * Bedroom wasn't big enough to open my small suitcase, which was very frustrating. *More complimentary drinks, etc. Extra teabags for those who don't drink coffee - and not everyone likes to drink Earl Grey. *Two bathroom towels would've been nice. I only found a smaller towel for drying hair. *Wall plug sockets close-up to the bed, so it was a bit awkward using my charger. *No room for a closet. Hung my clothes over the door hooks provided, instead. *Tiny bedside lamp kept falling apart every time I tried using it, but it didn't work and I couldn't move the bedside unit to check the plug socket. * No cooked breakfast as advertised. . . which I was really looking forward to.

I felt like it was my home in another city

I arrived at the accommodation & there was no key left in the lock-box. I had let the host know I was to be arriving late (after midnight) & this was agreed. I rang the bell, call the mobile & text, but to no avail. I had nowhere to go at 1am in the morning. I had travelled to Nottingham for my daughter's graduation & this caused no end of stress & frustration. The final insult is that I have contacted the host for a refund & have been told to get in touch with Booking.com!! To have paid for this experience is appalling

I like how modern it was , and clean , never met the host however she was helpful when texting, had a comfy stay, .

unfortunately , the area wasn't the best and unfortunately I dont drive and an uber there and back from town centre was pricy , and bus service was ok however took 40 plus minutes to get it to town . and there is not that much to do round the area it's located in .
