Calm location outside of Hoi An. Wonderful value for money. The hostess is very kind and communicative.

The bed was quite hard and we missed stuff like kettle in the room.

"Great place, not so great recommendations!"

The property was great, it felt like staying as part of the family which was nice and the breakfast was brilliant too.

It was a bit of a way from the local action but that’s not the end of the world. The downside was the property recommendation for a bus journey to Laos was absolutely awful. No communication from the bus company and they left us on the side of the road in the dark and said we need to wait for another bus. I know this isn’t a reflection on the property directly but it was their recommendation and I felt it did affect the overall quality of the stay with them. That said the actual property was nice
