Nice and comfortable room with decent space.

The other occupier on the floor had left his hair all over the bathroom, there wasn’t enough toilet paper, and 3 times he was lurking outside the door after I’d used the toilet and made me feel very uncomfortable. It would’ve been helpful to have a bin in the room as well.

We care more about cleanliness and quietness, and this accommodation provided both during the time we stayed. Thanks to Andy for keeping the place clean and tidy. Overall, I had a great experience there. The WiFi works well, and there’s free parking available for those who need it. While the SmartTV couldn't connect to Netflix, it wasn’t an issue for me. For longer stays, there's a washing machine and dryer available. For those without a car, public transport takes about 30 minutes to reach the city (Milton Keynes). I didn't meet the landlady, Rebecca, in person but communicated with her by phone. She comes across as a very nice lady. All the tenants we met were also very pleasant, and my family felt welcome and enjoyed chatting with them. It was a wonderful experience for my family to engage in what is known as British small talk culture. We had a great time there indeed :)

I Iike everything about the property, clean environment, lovely guests, great location, kind and humble host. It was indeed a home away from home. I would love to visit again and again
