Alpha Properties 1 - Luxury One Bedroom within a Shared Four Bedroom House with Free Parking, Fast Wifi, SmartTV with Netflix

Really clean and close enough for what we needed. Andy was very welcoming.

Not clear from the advert which room will we get - with a shared bathroom or with your own bathroom. We had to share our bathroom, which is fine as long as it is clear from the advert, but it wasn't. Also, in the advert it was specified toiletries available, but there was no shower gel for women, only the 3in1 for men, and the shampoo bottle was almost empty, I couldn't squeeze enough to wash my hair, I only did a half wash. I only realised this when I was already in the shower, so kind of late to tell anyone.

Shared accommodation which i didnt know about, you go into the property and everyones hanging around in the living room greeting you very uncomfortable and another women just walking around like its her house. ROOM IS TINY

Nice, quiet place

Hosts on arrival were very friendly before handing over the keys, walking us through the house, explaining how the key safe worked etc. The house itself was immaculate, all rooms cleaning to a high standard, clean bathrooms, everything we could have wanted.

This is by no means means as a negative, but between the 4 rooms i believe only 1 had a mirror, and with a house full of girls getting ready, we did struggle, so to anyone coming, defo pack a portable mirror if you need on to get ready.

It looked to be clean

This is very over sold on booking.com and certainly did not meet our expectations - so much so we did not stay and found alternative accommodation! On arrival we couldn’t access the kitchen. There was a family using the space and they had taken over the whole room with their own belongings! The WiFi didn’t work and we were left with one hand towel for 2 people! I would not recommend this place! But, The Bill Hotel in Stony Stratford were exceptionally helpful and helped us out with a place to stay at very short notice!

The location is ideal. And the landlord is very responsive.
