Absolutely beautiful apartment, the rooms are beautiful and a great size. It was spotless clean and beautiful It was in a brilliant location, close to pubs and bars and Birmingham train station. I would definitely stay here again

There is nothing I didnt like.

SCAMMERS!! Kenny and Che are scammers. Nowhere does it ask for a deposit, but when we had booked, they had called asking for a £500 cash deposit out of nowhere, and has said ‘we don’t want to judge but we need a deposit if you’re going to stay’. Property did not give refund. We can show proof and complaint and legal action will commence. Whoever is booking, looks nice, but stay away!!

Scammers!! Clear discrimination and racism!! STAY AWAY!!!

I have made a formal serious complaint regarding this property. I didn't remain at the property to highlight anything I liked as it was overwritten by how disgusting me and my family were treated.

Please see my complaint submitted to the resolution team. We were told to leave wirh 3 young children at night in a city we were unfamiliar with after complaining about standard facility issues and then false accusations were made with regards to to the property to try and falsely obtain a further £950 from us!

It was clean…bathroom was OK

There was no information about anything in the apartment. There was no internet…no soap in the dispensers….no bin insert in the bathrooms….no lights in the main bathroom….no tea/coffee….the elevator was filthy….the blinds were broken in 2nd room….definitely would not recommend to stay at this place to anyone……and no safe parking

Lovely property, great facilities and lovely and clean.

Very minor but stated there was a hairdryer but was unable to find it in the property.
