They changed my room twice, as there was recurrent issues

Booked an apartment that advertises SKY facilities. Checked in, the tv doesn’t work, remote damaged and burnt. Called for assistance roughly 6 times with no answer. Got a text to say I should text my enquiry. I explained the issue, took 40 mins to come back to me. Shifted me to another apartment, to find no towels no toilet roll. Messaged them, told me to go get it from next room as the cleaner ran off in a rush that day. Surely that’s my job to do! Started settling in, went to warm my food a couple hours later, then microwave doesn’t work!!! Messaged again, and asked for a refund at this point. No apology, no remorse. Simple words were, “we don’t handle payments, contact booking.com” Took another 40 mins speaking to booking.com then I receive another text from a different number wishing I had settled in well. I replied that I hadn’t settled in well and staff were rude. I received a call from another member of staff saying they will put me in a different room. I travelled from Birmingham for 3 nights with a lot of luggage so I said I’d spend the night there and shift the next day. Shifted to another room the next day, but as the man said it was an upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment, it was back to a studio. It’s fine, that’s not the issue. That evening on, smell of cannabis coming from the room next door. Overall, I’ve booked this place many times for work purposes. Sometime there’s cobwebs all over the doors, sometimes I end up in an apartment with guests in already, the cushions reek of sweat. Just won’t do it again
