Was awful! Bedding was stained! The place stunk of smoke, was stated the WiFi worked which I lost out on money due to the job I do. Requested a refund they said it’s fine and never received it! Now being ignored?

Not easy to get to. No support staff on the call The room allocated, didn’t have a key then I found the room was open and was dirty, looked like the cleaning after previous checkout wasn’t done. The room was too small even though I booked for 4 adults ( but we were just 2 adults and 2 kids ) Tried calling but nobody to talk to, waiting some time outside and in the car after somebody asked us to send pictures on WhatsApp . Then we got another room allocated, the lift was pitch dark. This room was big enough for us 4, so that a plus for this stay. But we have no towels and no bedding for the sofa bed. Overall won’t recommend, there are nicer places in around I have stayed before. I booked this one only because it was the first on the list.
