Cosy and Comfortable Holiday Chalet 10 minutes walk to the beach, Norfolk

Everything we needed was there very clean and compact

No fault of the accommodation , but downstairs toilet a bit inconvienksnt in night

No breakfast location

Nothing could have been better

Good location to use as a base for sightseeing and visiting nearby attractions. Comfy beds and sofas. Good TV reception, all Freeview channels available. Decent size bathroom. Soft carpets. Free parking right nearby. Friendly host, who explains everything and is available if you need anything at all. Doors and windows all solid, no gaps in the frames. Well stocked kitchen as far as cutlery and plates/glasses/cups/etc. goes.

No wi-fi (I know this was made clear, but it'd be nice to have it if we stay again!), bed linen provided needs replacing as visibly well used. Net curtains have small rips in quite a few places around the property.

We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much. Hope to stay with you again in the future. We had plenty of space, and there was enough room for a family of four, although we travelled as a couple. The area itself was fantastic and the neighbours were really friendly and helpful.

As we were using public transport, we struggled just a little to get around . There were plenty of buses. But the distance to the beach we felt was as the crow flies. We had to negotiate an unpathed road to get up to beach road. That was our only gripe. Please don't take it as too much of a negative. This falls more on the local council rather than our hosts.

The chalet was easy to find on site with easy access to local amenities

Unfortunately we had to wait 10 days for our damage deposit back and had to chase the admin team for it. However once we chased it was returned promptly

The weather wasnt too good!

Everything we needed was there. Lovely and quiet(wasn't school holidays at the time though) Amenities close by for essentials. The beds were comfortable. The beach is about a 15 min walk. Great community shop nearby supporting local lifeboat.

There was nothing too bad to report apart from there were quite a few cobwebs in corners and around the floors and previous occupants clothing behind the bedroom drawers. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. I definitely would come again.
