We will NOT accept all male/ female groups as this is the Holiday park rule. Couples and families only. Plesae be informed that the pillows and duvets are supplied. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. For hygiene concerns, guests can bring their own covers, sheet and pillowcase or request linen and towel services for an extra charge offered by the professional linen company. Please contact the property at least 3 days before arrival for rental. Please be informed that the electricity is by pay-as-you-go coin yard and only £1 coins are accepted. The usage varies by season and by the number of people and devices, usually between £0.25-£1 per day per person. Please top up enough to last for your stay. If you use more then you exchange coins for the yard from the shop, clubhouse, or arcade on site.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
