House is an appalling state overall. Nice on the outside, but an outdated, ruin on the inside. Room was dirty and dusty. Room looked like it was decorated by a hand-grenade. Bedding was stained. Furniture was damaged. TV didn't work. No cover around the ceiling light, so it was very harsh and "in your face". Window has a mechanical lock that prevents it from opening more than just a few inches wide. NO FAN IN A ROOM DURING A 35 DEGREE HEATWAVE. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I decided to shower at a local gym instead. Cherry on top? Some strange woman who didn't speak a word of English yanked on my door handle multiple times. She then knocked aggressively multiple times. I can only assume she was part of the staff, because when I opened the door to confront her, the keybox on the door was unlocked and opened. Absolutely crazy.... This was more than 90 minutes before my check-out time, too. £70 per night with standards that don't even rival the cheapest hostels I've stayed at. Utter shame.

I have extended my stay in the private room in the town centre of Aylesbury as I was very happy. Thank you, and see you again.

Nothing at all .

The room was not clean. The bathrooms were really dirty. The boiler broke , so there was no hot water. The kitchen was shocking. Car park was full. I left after 2 nights. Spoke to owner , to no avail.

Good town centre location with onsite parking

Shared bathroom. Shared kitchen had good facilities but I would have prefferred a kettle in the room. A desk/table would also have made the stay more comfortanle. There was plenty of space in the room.
