The rooms were in need of a good clean and paint. Ill fitting door and TV socket in room 6 wobbly Bathroom was unclean and dusty.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding a reservation made through your platform. My friend and I booked a room for one night. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were shocked – the conditions were completely inconsistent with the description provided in the listing. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and significantly below acceptable standards. It was also extremely small and uncomfortable, to the point of causing a feeling of claustrophobia. Additionally, the bathroom was in a very poor hygienic condition and not suitable for use. The situation was so unacceptable that we could not stay there.
