•was able to check-in early •had free secure parking and sent videos of how to access it •host was responsive to messages •great location

•bedroom didn't have curtains • bedroom windows didn't open •toilet was blocked with tissue and didn't flush (which means it hadn't previously been cleaned. Otherwise, this would have been noticed) •reported the blocked toilet around 4pm, was given a temporary solution but it wasn't properly fixed until after midnight when we were all asleep 8 hours later!!

Was cancelled last minute with . Leaving me basically stranded with two young chijdren .

There wasn't hot water. Basic facilities like hand-wash, a hair dryer, and enough toiletries were not provided.

I had a wonderful experience at your property. The place was clean, cosy, and exactly as advertised. The host was very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely consider staying again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Free parking was extremely beneficial as the apartment was in the heart of the city.

There were a few Devore issues with the property, it did look half finished. Also after telling the host the the washing wasn’t switching on he advised me to go on YouTube to find out how to work it. Even went as far to tell me that other visitors had used it but there was still washing powder in the machine illustrating a previous visitor obviously not being able to utilise it. The TV connection to the apps also didn’t work.

It was clean and tidy, easily accessible and availability to park. It was very central and if did not drive walkable from bus or train. Host kept in touch and facilitated key be available at a convenient time for me.

There was poor signal with tv on sine channels however, did not effect the stay at all

Beautiful apartment with exceptional views of the city from the 9th floor highly recommended and the host was very helpful would definitely stay here again

Parking was very convenient which is one of the main things for me, the views from the terrace were beautiful. Nice and clean, bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Tv was also a good size. Would definitely come again👍🏼
