2 Bedroom Apartment With Balcony - FREE PARKING

Everything. We had everything thing we needed and more for our weekend stay, really comfy stay.. No issues at all, great communication with owner. I had read some people had problems accessing apartments, we never, I just phoned them prior to arriving and they sent me a video of what to do and even drove round to show us how to access the carpark. They were very helpful and would definitely stay again. I would recommend this accomodation, 👌 ❤️

We read the previous reviews and knew not to expect anything great, but it was terrible. As mentioned by others we had to find somewhere to pull over to get the keys and then that was by waiting for someone living there to open the main door. We then had to shove our hand in a mail box which was so full of post. They sent a video explaining how to get the key out but it was completely different, they told us we were looking for a key and a fob, but it was a card that was amongst the paper. We parked up and were told to use any bay. When we got into the apartment there was a strong smell of damp which we discovered was coming from the cupboard in the hall way. Everything was just dirty, there were marks everywhere including food in the kitchen and toilet. The second room had no blind, so you couldn’t sleep in there and then the blind in the other room didn’t open and also sounded like the window was open. We thought we could put up with all that as the location is central and the free parking, but we’ve arrived home today to a PARKING TICKET. They never mentioned about a permit to us personally, on the website or description. This has caused a lot of stress as now have to wait to see if our appeal goes through, to not have to pay £60.

Docor looking tired, tv did not work. It was not setup for us on arrival. The property smelt of smoke, as I am not a smoker.

The location was good for my conference. Once I got the tv working I could access certain apps. The kitchen was fine, helpful to have a dishwasher and microwave. There is lots of potential there, just needs some completion. The host seemed friendly enough, just needed to be more proactive.

There was no communication about check in, I had to message them to ask and again on check out there were no instructions until I messaged them. There was only one set of keys although there were 2 people staying, not enough toilet roll or towels. Some kind of welcome and instructions in the apartment would have been helpful. The apartment was ok but there was a lot unfinished. No curtain or blind in the living room and one of the bedrooms and the other bedroom had a blind that didn’t move or come to the end of the window frame. As there is a hotel opposite with bright lights the blind was very much needed for the bedroom that didn’t have one. I had to clean the bath before using it. At check in there was no way to get into the building until someone else came along and I could go in behind them.

Excellent location, free parking and spacious modern room

Tricky to get the keys to get. In as you can't access the car park until you get the keys from the front of the main building and there is nowhere to park to collect the keys

Great location, Birmingham city center, close to the canals and high street, spotless clean.

Had a bit of wait for the check in, traffic can be awful, messed up our plans a bit, but we regrouped.

Emailed the guy when booking it ask if I could park a sprinter van there as I was working basically got told there is free parking assuming that was in response to the van been able to park I arrived and he was surprised I was in a van and could t park so handed the keys back and booked another hotel his communication was extremely poor acting dumb to just get the money for a stay knowing full well I would t be able to park
