2 Bedroom Apartment With Balcony - FREE PARKING

Nothing at all

DO NOT BOOK!!!! We was meant to attend the property at 3pm, but we had no communication at all as to where we need to get keys or anything. We arrived at the property around 4pm as we thought maybe they would be waiting for us to give us the keys. We was left stranded outside to property for 45 mins until we finally received a message to say it had been cancelled and I’m getting a refund. We was then stuck as to where we was going to go. After 2 days i received a email to rate my stay even though I never stayed, I had to ring booking.com to ask about my refund to then be told they had never put the cancellation through. WASTE OF TIME I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!

I didn’t gain access at all . No freeparking and had to return to Manchester . I wish to claim a refund and have asked the hotel but no response . No response to emails or tel callls either . Take it off your site !!!!!

Great location.

Apartment was not cleaned, bins full, no towels, no toilet roll, bedding dirty.

Location is good and parking underneath is excellent. The host was very good at sending information on how to get key. And responsive to messages

Two bedroom apartment with no blind or curtain in bedroom 2. Heating in the lounge wasn't working and the balcony windows are drafty. TV didn't work. 230am message to remind about checkout time was unwelcome.

ok, its cheap. So i guess we have to accept that there is no closet. Hang cloths in open rack. no curtain to bedroom, heater for room is tiny (see pic) and there is no heater to living room, and the advertised balcony is tiny. But no toilet paper? (see pic), no bath towel (only 1 about size of face towel for 4 persons, see pic)?? and bathroom run out of hot water after a while??? Worst is owner blames no bath towel on cleaner and promised to deliver bath towels before midnight but towels never came even till next morning. And gave some lame excuse about brother’s car…..sigh. Pay a bit more and be nice to yourself. You deserve better. Oh, one more thing. One of you needs to have small hands to squeeze through letter box to get the keys to the apartment (see pic). Mine was too big.

Great location for cathedral visit. Apartment seems to be student accommodation nevertheless it was clean and sufficed for one night.

Difficult to access keys due to many months of post in letterbox bruised knuckles as a result of nearly 10 minutes of attempts. Blind missing from single bedroom. (Thought I’d read that had been fixed?) Draughty from balcony doors. Never before not had tea and coffee provided in a booking.com accommodation so was surprised

Dirty towel, we have to wash them before we could use them. Also the bed sheets had not been replaced
