Drake St, close to York station and York Centre

The location is really great, and there is a kitchen with most of the equipments and condiments. Price was not bad for York.

The wifi is really really really bad. The only spot in the flat with semi-decent wifi signal is the bedroom, despite having two wifi. I couldn’t even use my mobile data because the reception was so bad. I ended up paying for EE wifi during my stay. Second of all, the message before I check-in was a little rude, with a lot of all caps and demanding that I respond. The next few things are not so much cons but rather suggestion: 1) since I booked for three people and it is more expensive than booking for two, I would expect that they could at least put the spare duvet in the duvet cover or something. It felt as though I received no extra service for the extra price I paid. 2) Parking in York is such a nightmare, and it would’ve been quite easy for the host to apply for visitor’s permit for their guests should they choose to.

The location was perfect with an easy walk to station, lovely local shops and cafes round the corner and great access to the city. The apartment is really quiet, modern, chilled and had everything we needed - including tea bags and milk sachets - thank you ☺️

Property was clean, tidy and in a good location.

Was a shame the bathroom was through the bedroom (can’t be helped - it’s the layout of the property) but made it awkward in the night, for example, as there was 4 of us staying.

Absolutely stunning and very homely best apartment in York

2 TVs for separate people. Bed settee. Handy location.

Didn't get instructions for bed settee until after 2 days so didn't realise it pulled out more to be bigger. Lack of windows to see outside as we're all opaque. TV with extra channels should be in sitting room.
