Nice clean apartment ideal location

The shower got really hot very quickly an no matter what I pressed it didn't go cold

I loved the space, and was happy that the unit had a full kitchen with washing facilities. I didn't plan on that, so didn't do laundry. But I'm planning to come back to York in the future.

Really, no complaints. I'm just splitting hairs for the ratings. The biggest "issue" I had was trying to figure out how to unlock the door. So very minor, and more user error.

Close to local shops and restaurants. 10- minute walk to York rail station. Close to all attractions inside the city wall.

The bed is too soft.

This was home from home. Very close to all of the places we wanted to visit. Its in a quiet street so found it easy to rest after a long day sightseeing. It had everthing we needed. Very spacious.

The only down side was no parking so we had to leave the car in car park. For most of the week. Luckily there ia one a short walk away from the appartment. The bed was a little to soft for us but that did not spoil our stay here.

Location was excellent. 12 to 15 minutes walk from York centre also Barbican theatre . Large rooms. Nice decor. nice shower. 2 minutes to city walls walk access.

All facilities good. Apart from the kettle and toaster let the side down. Both the very cheap white goods that you used to buy from Woolworths for £4 for your kids' student house because they would be broke or lost quickly.

Spacious, cleanly and a great location. Very close to the main station and central York. The area was also very quiet and peaceful.

I have no complaints.

Excellent location, well equipped apartment for two and great value for money.

It was close to both the railway station and York city centre. It was a spacious, very well appointed apartment. We appreciated the opportunity to cook for ourselves but also easily to eat out. The property felt very secure. Great to have tvs in the lounge and bedroom. It was beautifully cosy for a winter stay. Great to have a washing machine and dryer as well.

We would have appreciated some hooks for coasts - perhaps in the laundry area. Also a few hooks in the bathroom for the hand towel etc. Also a couple more toilet rolls wouldn’t go amiss.
