The room is huge and mostly quiet, the bed is comfortable, the AC works great, and the price was reasonable, which are the most important things and these make up for the quirks mentioned below. Nice simple restaurant in the courtyard right outside.

The shower is so narrow you have to turn the water off to soap yourself up and still you bump your elbows on the sides. Very few amenities were provided: soap and shampoo were a couple of one-use foil packs; no drinking water; no detergent for the washer. The windows all face other windows a few feet away, so most people will keep the shades down and get no natural light. The piano is badly out of tune. Parking is a 10 minute walk away over cobblestones and up hills and no elevator at the apartment, so not great if you have a big suitcase, as I did. The parking is tricky to find when you arrive. The host is off-site, so don't lose the key.
