Stylish Penthouse Beacon Rock 321 with Inverter

Clean, location is the best, came as advertised. Very comfortable and staff was responsive

Could use some air conditioning but it is ok, not a train smash

The flat is beautiful and very well located — close to restaurants, nearby malls, and convenient highway off-ramps. The secure parking and on-site facilities add to the overall comfort and peace of mind

The communication process was very frustrating. I was added to multiple WhatsApp groups and contacted by several different people, but the information was conflicting and confusing. Despite having a high-end app for information and access, it did not function properly — key lock points that were meant to activate after deposit payments or certain dates did not work, and important details were only shared last minute. The staff appeared disorganized and inconsistent, which added to the frustration. In terms of the property itself, the furniture is outdated and the mattresses are in very poor condition. There were no extra toiletries provided, and it was unclear whether guests were expected to bring their own, especially given the app’s failure to clarify this. Parking arrangements were also confusing, with no clear communication about the number of spaces available

The location is ideal only.

1.You have to pay an additional R2000 over your booking fees for any damages done to the apartment and is only started after payment is done via booking.com. If the additional amount is not paid you will not get a booking confirmation to enter the building. 2. The apartment is not cleaned very well and is dirty. 3. The bed in the main bedroom was completely broken and could not be slept on. 4. The electricity was finished when we arrived and had to wait for a top up to be sent and add the electricity ourselves. 5. The safe was locked and even after asking for assistance on it, received no response. 6. The toilet seats are also broken in the bathrooms. 7. There was leftover paint and brushes left in the kitchen cupboards where the pots stayed. For the amount paid to stay here, there is no maintenance being done. It has the potential to do better

The property was kept clean and it was aesthetically pleasing. As seen on pictures

Only the main door could lock. Sliding doors on the other side of the property couldn’t lock, non of the doors to the rooms had keys.

Abit pricey for the size and location of place but was still good. Should have a daily cleaning service for the rates charged per night.

Location, close to many amenities

During our stay at 321 Beach Rock, we admired the stylish interior and beautiful location. However, the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned, with grime in the showers and remnants from previous guests, such as eyelashes. Additionally, we were not informed about operating the inverter during load shedding, leaving us without power for most of the evening. While the decor and setting are commendable, these issues significantly impacted our stay. Prospective guests should verify cleanliness standards and clarify inverter operations before booking
