No electricity No cleaner No communication with host

The prepaid electricity was not topped up and no one was available at premises to assist. Everything was done via WhatsApp. When they finally sent the electricity top up voucher via whatsapp nobody told us how to top up. The electricity topped up got finished before we could wash or eat during check out.

Cleanliness and safety

This property is a scam, it is not a penthouse and was the worst experience we had with booking.com It was a struggle getting in. There was no electricity. The apartment was filthy and had massive cockroaches running around. The staff don’t help at all. We left immediately and they refuse to refund us. The place was not habitable.

The property was centrally located with all they

1. Staying for 3 days , only 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 washing powder given 2. Had to monitor the electricity usage as it was not topped up and had to contact the property several times. 3. To replenish towels , earlier check in requires an additional amount. 4. On day of check out , cleaning crew arrives at 8.30 when check out time is 10 to hurry people into leaving. 5. There is construction happening on the weekdays so really noisy.
