The flat smelled strongly of smoke despite being non smoking. There was not a full set of cutlery an only one mug. The crockery was chipped and the shower head would not stay up. The owner did get us some mugs and cutlery but it didn't arrive until the night after we arrived.

The kitchen was useful. There was cutlery to use. The microwave and cooker was working well.

Not all electric heaters seemed to work. The extractor fan in the bathroom makes too much noise.

Facilities were ok. Location fantastic

The bathroom needs some repairs as there's a drip from the ceiling onto the toilet or whoever sits on the toilet

Very central and good location. Everything you could need for a weekend away. In what I would say a safe and secure area. Enough room for a couple. Very good communication between the house keeper and host.

The cleanliness could be better. I was disappointed when I had found bitten nails on the living room windowsill but did not bring it up to the housekeeper as I had disposed of them and sanitised the area myself.
