The area was central. I found it very homely and accessible.

The heater wasn’t really working.

Cozy, comfortable, it’s in the city centre so it’s easy to access everything you might need within a walking distance.

Everything. When we arrived there at 4pm, the apartment was not ready.I got a message that morning that they had cleaning issues and that their standard 3pm check-in won't be possible as the apartment is not ready, At just around 5pm we were escorted to the apartment by the receptionist, who said that the cleaner just handed her the keys and her (receptionist) didn't get the chance to inspect the apartment thereafter. When I opened the door to the apartment, we were welcomed by the foul smell at the door. The apartment was so dirty after being "cleaned", floor was dirty, spills and cup marks on the tables,splatter marks on the bathroom door and glass divider on the other bedroom, bread crumbs next to the toaster in the kitchen, some white spills on the lounge table that looked like salt,mat under the table dirty, sweet paper wraps under the bed and linen in the bedroom didn't look like it was changed (creases n not clean), sliding doors to the balcony had small handprints n oil marks, the place in general was horrible. After about 30 minutes, a cleaner came, she was mumbling and grumbling on the phone, telling the other person on the line that she was overworked and she is not a machine, speaking Xhosa language, maybe she thought we couldn't understand her.She only sweeped under the bed and wiped the kitchen counter with a dry cloth, then she left.She was so unprofessional. We were later told that they would move us to another apartment. When we got there,it was a one- bedroom apartment and I have paid for two bedroom apartment.,also not clean.At around 7pm,we were taken to this apartment, it was a one bedroom apartment, but it was clean. This time, I didn't have any choice, J was with a 5-year-old in my company and was tired already with the runaround.My experience with soughted was bad,bad,bad.

No daily cleaning of the apartment

Quite close to CTICC, central location.

Noisy - construction work during the days, lot of noise from outside during nights ( backstreet, not traffic). Floors were not well cleaned. Wifi slow.

Modern, good location

No cleaning, no changing towels and bathroom staff, no changing tea/coffee

The guy that was helping us to check in was very rude, and we come at around 4 , the room was not ready

I liked that the apartment was in CBD and it was easy accessible

The host could have been more accommodating… We stayed for 10 Days , the host only provided toilet paper for the first 3 days , I asked for extra blankets and got it 2 days later
