The caravan needs a full strip out and all new putting in everything’s falling apart

Nothing didn't stay

Everything .as soon as I seen the state of the door .I knew the inside would be awful ..I opened the door and the horrid smell hit me ..it was dirty and stained and was awful I'm still trying to get my £150 refund because I could not stay there . Please fellow booking.com customers do not hire this van it is utter filth .I want my money back as I had to pay to stay elsewhere..absolutely disgraceful..

Nice large caravan, warm when heating on and nice large decking.

Very basic, fixtures and fittings very sparce, no seats to sit on decking, sofa and carpet very stained, only 1 cusion for whole of sofa and armchair, curtains and blind tatty. No mop and bucket in caravan.

Location and site very good Easy access to the beach

Caravan is very dated

Was a bit shabby but you get what you pay for and as a base to just sleep, this suited our budget and was ideal

A basic mobile home that has all that you need. Good heating and a very good shower. Value for money.

Below is a list of the issues we encountered The caravan was dirty, with visible mouldy food stains in the microwave. The windows were taped shut with duct tape, which was not only unsightly but unsafe. The front door was not secure, posing a safety risk, particularly with young children. The toilets were in an unclean state, which was unpleasant. There was rubbish found under the children's beds, which they had to clean up and put in the bin. The flooring was ripped, creating a trip hazard for young children. The oven and other kitchen equipment were dirty, and there were dirty plates in the cupboard. Tissues were found under the pull-out bed, and there was food in other areas of the caravan. The Hoover was smoking and didn’t function properly. The blinds were broken, and the curtains were stuffed down the side of the sofa, which compromised our privacy in the evenings. Drawings on cabinets Chewing gum stuck under table This experience was far below the standards we expect when booking through your platform.

The area.

Dirty filth van. I know it was self clean but that van has not had a good clean in months. One door had melted. It stunk of smoke. No t towel. Dirty used washing up spong. Filthy floor. Sticky tables. Stained sofa. Curtains hanging off. I could carry on. It reminded me of a van on a building site. That the builders would have there lunch in.
