when we arrived owners were changing door lock didn't make a very good job as door was very loose ,light bulbs missing in 2 of bedrooms just not there usual standard as used this van before with no issues

Padlock on the front door, you would have to lock yourself inside as no other door lock, Hair in the fridge, oven was absolutely filthy, the whole place needs a deep clean and repair in many places, We stayed for 2 hours and left as we just couldn't stay in the filth No way has this caravan had a detailed clean for a very long time, We tried to phone the ppl that rent out the caravan but number not recognised, No reply to my messages through booking.com, We ended up doing a booking on Airbnb, This was a birthday weekend break, myself and my wife are absolutely shocked how this caravan can be rented out in this state, especially after all the stricked rules about cleanliness, We have reported the situation to booking.com and in talks with them atm, Do book you will be throwing your money away
