The apartments are in an amazing location, with brilliant views of Titanic Belfast & the iconic H & W gantry cranes. The apartment is well fitted out with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms & a sofa bed. Air conditioning is also a welcome feature. Staff we dealt with on phone were very accommodating

Check in/check out process is very convoluted & I would suggest needs to be reviewed. There are very detailed instructions as to how you get your keys/phone to check in. However, the lock box was not clearly marked and takes alot of effort to open. You cannot access the car park until you get the phone in the lock box so you will need to park somewhere while you do this. Same for checking out, you need the phone to open the barrier so will have to locate parking while you return it. There are also alot of automated messages sent throughout the stag which can get annoying. If these hiccups can be ironed out it would be a 5 star experience

I received so many emails before check in, first about the deposit that is 250 GBP instead of 200 as mentioned in the description plus a 5 EUR non refundable tax for processing that was not mentioned at all. Any many emails after check out as well, saying just that we were good guests, no important information. Then the description of the place where to find the key, a real scavenger hunt. There was no hot water when we arrived, we were instructed to turn on the boiler and wait for about an hour so we couldn’t take a shower after check in before going out without wasting time. We asked if we could leave the car in the parking for 2 more hours after check out, since we didn’t need a key to get out of it but we were refused, after all the trouble we’ve been in to find the keys and put them back, and also the lack of hot water at arrival.

Beautiful view, comfortable, well appointed

We would have liked a second key - was inconvenient with 4 people to only have one key. Also did not appreciate being required to pay more money (after free cancellation period was over) to be able to access the property. This extra cost should be stated prior to booking.

This gem is perfectly situated overlooking the river and the Titanic quarter. It is within a few minutes walk to the fantastic Bars, restaurants and shopping this amazing city has to offer. Communication with the hosts of this property was superb, they were informative in every step before we checked in . When we arrived, we were very impressed by the cleanliness and facilities this apartment has to offer. The extremely comfortable beds aided a fantastic sleep after a busy day taking in the sights of this amazing city .. Thank you so much, can't wait to return.

Absolutely nothing.

The bedrooms were neat and comfortable.

Bathrooms had moulds, for 1 night we had to shower in cold water apparently we needed to boost the buttons in the kitchen to 5 for hot water. Wish it had hot water service without us doing anything.
