Very convenient for beach and town, both short walks away Bright and tastefully decorated throughout.

Loved the railway at the end of the garden and the summer house for reading and relaxing, very close to the high street for gifts and food including a great fish monger and a short walk to the beach, welcomed our dog. The bedding was clean and fresh and the place was clean.

Norfolk is expensive to stay in but felt that for the price the finish of the house was a bit below standard - eg wonky floor, awning outside looked tired, garden had some lovely herbs but needed a bit more work, the bathroom needed some attention, get rid of the plastic plants etc. If you had a full house there is only one bathroom for 4 adults and two children, not separate loo. The kitchen had most things but only just. We felt aware that we were in a locals street who may not welcome the influx of second home ownership in their lovely town (I get the irony of that statement!). There was street parking but sometimes you had to search for a space.

The location was fantastic for exploring the town, beach and transport links for the greater area.

The property gave an air of being unloved. There were cobwebs, cracks and squeaky doors. The garden was untidy, one of the blinds was broken and so was one of the radiators. Such a shame as it would be so easy to fix and would be such a lovely property with just a little bit of TLC.

Location was excellent 5 mins to the sea and the main shopping street. Liked the house - and especially the kitchen light and airy giving onto a totally secure garden for dog. Loved the garden - sitting out on the patio. Liked the bathroom and bath and very hot water. Bedrooms great - plenty of space.

Really not much - it had everything we needed so very happy.
