Turnstones - Seaside Home - Free Street Parking

Location was great so close to the high street and seafront short walk away

The location was great, the house was quiet clean and warm. It had all the facilities you could need for a stay. The owners kept in touch and checked to make sure everything was OK without being intrusive. We will be checking availability the next time we venture to North Norfolk.

The location of the property was excellent

We arrived at Turnstones holiday home in Sheringham to find that no cleaning had been done, no beds changed etc. We did manage to speak to the owner who was pleasant and promised she would send a cleaner. She also promised a refund to cover for this inconvenience either to my daughter's bank account or via booking.com. We had to stay in to wait for the cleaner which was a nuisance but mistakes happen and it was dealt with. What didn't get dealt with was the refund...my daughter text the owner again on Monday to say we left the property with no response and also text again after our stay later in the week and the owner did respond and again promised to send a refund but nothing was received. We contacted booking.com to see if the refund had come through their system but no response whatsoever. This incident of being lied to and no response from the booking agent has been upsetting.

We didn't find the lounge seats as comfortable as we would have liked.

Furniture uncomfortable and not enough in the garden.Coffee out of date needs replacing.For some reason did not 3xpect 3rd floor ?

The location was great and able to walk everywhere. The bed configuration suited our party. Great we could access Netflix and shower was good. Kitchen / dining area a great size for a larger adult party.

A few more kitchen supplies to save on washing up frequently. The blind in the dining area was broken and also the one on the landing so made these areas dark. Garden could do with a tidy up - spiky plant along the pathway made access to the bottom tricky.

Perfect location. Clean, spacious property with all facilities for a perfect stay. Fantastic communication with the host..
