Clean, comfortable, attractive, location. The hosts communicated well. The binder that provided important information and suggestions was very helpful. Breakfast items were available in the refrigerator! And here was a big surprise -- instructions provided said we did not need to do any cleanups prior to departing. Not that we left it a mess, but it is annoying when staying at airbnbs when there are instructions to load the dishwasher, strip beds and put in the washer, take the trash out, etc.

Cannot think of anything as far as the property/hosts. I guess I did not realize the pricing was per person and think the total charge was more than expected. I think this is on Booking.com and not the property owners?

The breakfast was adequate, the host wonderful. She went out of her way to answer our questions and make our stay a success. Our friends enjoyed the outdoor seating for relaxation and conversation. We were walking distance from Canyon Road and Santa Fe Plaza.

The walk-in shower is a bit tight, but the water pressure and temperature were right on.

Great location and big room for all.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus. Es war alles da, was man brauchte und noch vieles mehr. Die Terrasse war toll. Obst, Joghurt, Cereals, Kaffee und Tee fürs Frühstück waren im Kühlschrank. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz für 5 (fast) ausgewachsene Personen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um zu Fuß Santa Fe zu erkunden. Wenn wir nochmal nach Santa Fe kommen, würden wir wieder hier wohnen wollen.
