Downtown Historic East-Side Coyote House 2B 2BA

The location was perfect for walking to the historic plaza. It had everything we needed. Having food for breakfast and coffee available was a nice touch.

It needs TLC. The bathroom needs a new shower liner, a new tub floor mat, and a good scrubbing. A couple of the doors had over the door hooks that made it difficult to close the doors without a lot of noise. Much of the place needed to be freshened up with a coat of paint. The closets are full of stuff, including the linen closet—but not tidy. The outside garden needed some TLC. This could be a great place if everything was more pristine.

We had a great stay at the "Coyote House"! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (including some breakfast items and most imprtantly coffee). The location was very walkable — close to the Plaza and a lot of great restaurants, which made getting around super easy. Plus, a private parking space, which is important because it can be difficult to find parking in Santa Fe partiicularly on the weekends. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host/property was easy and helpful. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely book again!

Nothing I didn't like.

Loved, loved the location. The layout of the house. The privacy. The food provisions and small touches by the host. The quick responses to our questions. The price. The space to hang out and visit.

The beds were a bit soft and without a doubt, are only dislike.

Location is excellent - only about 10 minute walking distance from the city center and an even shorter walk to canyon road. Parking can be challenging here so it was great that the property came with a parking stall. Air-conditioned, clean, with fully stocked kitchen. Really felt like home away from home.
