Un supermercado y una gasolinera justo al lado. Guardia de seguridad en la puerta. Todo fue bien.

Tuvimos una fuerte tormenta y nos quedamos sin corriente eléctrica. Ambas noches durante un rato. Todo funciona con electricidad: Wi-Fi, aire acondicionado, nevera, no subían ni el agua.

"amazing stay in Tulum"

Nice sized studio apartment, it was perfect for our family. super clean, and pool on the rooftop was a big plus. for us biggest plus was ability to park right in front of the building, and bikes come in handy for most short trips.

building is located on the major road so it results in a lot of street noise. balcony was missing a chair from the pictures, that was disappointing but that is definitely the most negative i can think of..

"My booking got changed at last moment"

The bikes, although they were old and a chain broke on us on our first ride, our contact found a fast solution.

Although, I booked months in advance, there was an overbooking and I was contacted the day before travel to let me know and to offer me a different "apt." "three streets away". We had even been in contact the week before and nothing was mentioned. In reality it was a room and was 1.3 kilometers away on dirt roads. My CC had already been charged and taking him for his word that it was "better", I accepted. Personally, I would not book again knowing what I thought I was getting could change at last minute. The "room" was nice but not what I booked or wanted. I wanted this apt so my daughter could sleep on the sofa bed and we would be closer to town.

El apartamento estaba muy bien con lo necesario para estar bien. Hay aire acondicionado, un sofá y la cama. Hay piscina comunitaria

No nos pudimos duchar, ya q la ducha estaba atascada desde nuestra llegada. El anfitrión envió una persona pero q no solucionó nada y estuvimos 3 días sin ducharnos. El agua q sale del grifo es salada.

El lugar es muy cómodo y limpio. Don Daniel y Don Joel que son los guardias son personas muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar. El dueño del lugar también fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento dándonos recomendaciones sobre el lugar. La piscina y la terraza es un lugar muy hermoso para disfrutar y ver el atardecer.
