The flat was nice and clean . The staff in the building very available and kind.

I liked the attentiveness of the staff and walking distance to gas station and a few eateries. We also got weekly cleanings of the suite. I like that we had bikes to get around the area.

We were there for 3weeks and 2weeks of the stay the water was not sufficient and we could not sit on the balcony because the chair was broken and never repaired or replaced during our stay. The internet would go out briefly and this happened quite often during our stay as well. I talked to the property manager every day for the first two weeks to get repairs done, which isn't ideal while on vacation. The water was not hot at first in the kitchen nor bathroom. Next the water was hot in the kitchen but still not in the bathroom. Then the shower water was repaired but it was not coming out thorough enough for a decent shower so maintenance was able to get the shower fixed but we never had hot water in the restroom sink. The smell of the water was also terrible. The iron needs to be replaced also. Lastly, please take some type of bug repellant because mosquitos were terrible in, and outside, the suite. There was no sound barrier so you can hear in the other rooms, as well as, outside traffic and construction noises. The beach is a 10min taxi drive or about a 30min bike ride. You can bike to Tulum Av where there are many places to eat and shop and the road along the way has some great local eateries.

The place is clean and pretty well equipped. Just missed some things in the kitchen like a water cooker. Don't expect too much of the pool, but it's a nice refresher.

The shower head was awful (only like this misty spray function) and the water got cold after a minute so couldn't really enjoy it.

Wonderful location, very eclectic apartment with mexican atmosphere and furnishings. 711, pharmacy, main strip, all within walking distance.The host is very welcoming and gracious. We had some stomach issues with some seafood and the owner was so nice in allowing us to extend and even offering us a free night's stay. We will definitely be staying here again.
