*Close to Beach* One Bedroom Suite with Parking

Very warm and comfortable

There is no service in the area for some phone providers. I had to drive to the neighbouring village to check my messages for check in info. Definitely something to keep in mind and plan ahead if you are with VOXI as that was the phone company I’m with.

Very comfy bed, very clean, close to Cromer and nice and quiet

Sofa was slightly uncomfortable

This property was ideal for one night stay clean and beautiful lovely garden, the owners live next door very pleasant and helpful. We choose this because our friends were staying at the Holiday park round the corner. Would stay again .

Convenient parking space in front of the accommodation. WIFI is available. After being contacted, the owner kindly organised for a neighbour to bring a key in order to open the locked cupboard to reset the fuse box after an electrical problem tripped it. The power was restored within an hour.

Apart from the doormat welcoming you, that's it! Available were tea bags, coffee sachets, and UHT milk sachets plus a few pre-wrapped biscuits. There was no small welcome breakfast hamper and no bottled water. Basic sachet shower gel and small soaps are available but there was no shampoo/conditioner and hand cream Very basic accommodation. Limited cooking facilities. The two dining chair seat pads are covered in plastic. Not particularly comfortable armchair and sofa bed, available as a sitting area. Very small bedroom and shower room (door cannot open fully as the very small wash hand basin blocks its movement. TV set on LG channels only, could not watch any BBC or Freeview channels. High-fenced small graveled outdoor space with a sitting area accessed from the bedroom felt very closed-in. An uninspiring 'garden' space. Very limited Vodafone mobile signal.

The bed was very comfortable . The whole place was clean and modern , free wifi, everything you need for a short stay, good information pack and it is great for a short stay One night in our case. Flexible check in and good 11am checkout.

There were two many cushions on the bed along with towels and a throw but nowhere to place them while sleeping as the room is very small. it meant stepping on them on way to bathroom . Sliding shower door only opens part of the way . .

It's clean and pleasant with a lovely outside seating area. Owners are nearby and friendly. Easy to walk to beach or shop. Good shower. Easy parking. Lovely to wake up to birdsong outside.

With 3 adults, space is a little tight especially for sitting indoors - a third dining chair would be useful. My son said the wooden frame of the sofa bed was uncomfortable but he dealt with that by sleeping upside down so only his legs were on the hard bit. These are all just minor niggles. Overall it was great and we'll definitely want to stay here again.
