The property was very modern and clean with attention to detail. The space was well thought out and the area was very quiet. It was easy to walk to the beach and the wonderful Cliff Top Cafe. It was also a quick drive to Cromer and surrounding areas but also a lovely long walk into Cromer by beach or cliff top. We had the pleasure of meeting Esther, our host, who was very welcoming and accommodating.

perfect location, lovely outside space and parking. the hosts were very helpful

Perfect for just a couple but for three of us it was too cosy. The sofa / sofa bed was really uncomfortable so didn’t sleep at all I’m glad it was only one night. Highly suggest getting a proper sofa bed with a mattress as advertising for three people.
