No10 Seaside Apartment - Ground Floor Apartment

Lovely spacious apartment. Lovely location. Property decorated and furnished well. No problem parking on the street. View of the sea from one aspect of the bay window.

Nothing but could do with a mat at the kitchen door to dry feet. Took rubbish out to the bins when it was wet but nothing to wipe feet on…..only a minor detail.

A really nice place to stay. Comfortable, very clean, spacious and well equipped. The location of the apartment was very good as well.

The shower was a little temperamental at times but nothing else really.

Bigger than we expected. Nice decor. Very clean . Beds were comfortable.

The property was a beautiful building and in a great location with sea views, it’s tastefully decorated, beds were comfortable with fresh linen and towels provided

The apartment needed some TLC, quite damp and there were mould patches around the bay window and in the bathrooms, causing paint to peel in places, some areas of cleaning had been missed. The WiFi and the TV reception was poor and the thermostat for the heating wasn’t the best

Property is very spacious, clean, well equipped with all items you would need for a short break. Not too far to walk to seafront. Nice views from bay window. Easy parking. Quiet location but only a few minutes walk to a few shops, takeaways etc. Will definitely visit again. Loved the extra touches like the board games and biscuits.

The central heating control needs to be looked at as the dial does not work properly. We managed but it's a faff.

Nice size apartment well equipped and a comfy bed . Sea view, if you sit at the table in the bay window. Nicely decorated. Great location.

We could have done with more towels and a hoover that worked.

2nd bedroom and en-suite let it down. No wardrobe or drawers, just a rail with a hanging compartment, no where to put things like creams, perfumes etc. en-suite nowhere to hang wet towels, nowhere to put wash bags and stuff. En-suite wasn’t very clean around the outside of shower, skirtings etc. real shame as the main bathroom was gorgeous. Main bedroom lovely, but again only a rail to put clothes, although it did have a dressing table. Good location!

Space and kitchen.

The en-suite bathroom is very tired and in need of some repair.
