The house is historical, but not suitable for living. It is dark, damp, and cold inside. The owner promised to meet me. A time was appointed. The owner did not come. It took 45 minutes to find my apartment and open it. Local residents helped. The condition of the apartment is terrible. It's very cold. It's warmer outside. The apartment is heated by two gas heaters. They are the same. One has an exit to the chimney. The second does not. I was afraid to turn them on. The owner behaves boorishly. He promised to come and set the heat the next day. I did not stay overnight in this apartment and rented a hotel room. There is no wi fi. The furniture is old and broken. Bed linen is gray, crumpled, old. Electrical wiring is open in places and threatens with electric shock. You can't live in such a place

We lived in the apartment for a month and we liked everything. Especially the perfect location. The metro and bus stops are close to the apartment. We had everything we needed for the first time, except for an electric kettle and a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. I also really liked the interior of the apartment, the furniture looks vintage and fit all our things quite well. But the most important thing is that my two-year-old son liked the apartment, he felt at home.

In the last week my son and mother were bitten by mosquitoes (most likely after turning on the gas radiator the apartment warmed up and mosquitoes hatched). It is necessary to clean the space under the bed, sofa, I think there is a lair of mosquitoes and their babies

All rooms needed A/C as 34degrees.One didn't have any and the other had some but it didn't work.More kitchen equipment needed.One room did not have a kettle,few pots and pans,1 teaspoon,1 mug,1 bowl,inedequate

Balcony, very good location (close to centre and good access via the tram), very spacious, good wifi

No curtains for very large windows, no locks on balcony doors

Great location, right next to the New York cafe. The apartment is comfy for a short stay.

There were few lights not working in the apartment.
