GBI have already contacted customer services regarding the property. Upon arrival I noticed the state of the property door. It looked like it had been forcibly opened many times, the outside of the property resembled a squat. I decided not to remove the keys from the key safe and not to enter the property. I have had many successful bookings with yourselves and I'm at genius level. I didn't think it safe for me and my wife to enter. I had to book alternative accommodation with short notice. I have photographs if needed and would like a refund plus compensation for re booking elsewhere. I hope no one else has to visit the property
