The place was clean that was the only good thing about this property

There was no hot water . The AC was not working . After so many reminders a technician was sent just before the day of leaving . It was difficult to get in touch with the host . The apartment was so hot . There were no coffee pods also . We have stayed at so many places and everyone provides with basic coffee to start the morning .

We waited for longtime to get the online key of apartment almost 45 minutes. Staff at reception was trying to help but she is not speaking English

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. The location was perfect — just a 10-minute walk to Plaza Mayor and other attractions in Madrid, which made it super easy to explore the city on foot. I would recommend this accomodation if we would not had a problem with hot water.

We had a major issue during our stay. We were a group of 8 people (the listing states the accommodation can host up to 9), but right from the beginning we noticed a serious problem with the hot water supply. Only two people managed to take a hot shower, and when the third person started, the hot water ran out. I contacted the property, and they told me to wait between 30 minutes to an hour for the system to reheat. However, even after more than 1.5 hours, there was still no hot water. The company sent a technician, who confirmed that the boiler had a configuration error and needed to be reset. After that, we had hot water for a short time, but we went out to celebrate a birthday and, when we returned — after 11 p.m. — we had no hot water again. Since it was late, the company only got back to us the next day and sent another technician. Once again, the system was adjusted, but after another outing, we came back to find the same issue: no hot water. We stayed in Madrid in May 2025, and on one of the nights, the outside temperature was just 8°C (46°F), which made it extremely uncomfortable to take cold showers — especially considering the price we paid for the accommodation. We only had two days in Madrid, and during both, most of our group had to take cold showers. After the second technician visit, the company stopped responding to our messages. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially given how little time we had to enjoy the city comfortably.

The property is very nice, but it obviously needs maintenance!

We had a terrible experience during our stay. First we couldn't use the washing machine, since it seems that the door is broken (according to what the technician who checked it said). The hot water doesn't work, so we were not able to shower properly. The technician went twice to try to fix it and couldn't. Meanwhile we were not able to leave the apartment for a walk, because we had to wait for the technician. On the second day, there was a water leak coming out of the light in one of the bathrooms, completely flooding it and leaving it unusable, without light and completely soaked. It turns out that the guest upstairs left the tap running! Both the technician and us asked for someone to be sent to clean and bring more towels and we were completely ignored. Not even a response by whatsapp. We were 8 people and we only had 1 usable bathroom and no hot water. The property did not respond accordingly to our complaints and request for a refund

Property was nice and modern

The water heater took me like 30 min to figure out what to do to have hot water to shower and the apartment never got cool we have to sleep in the living room cause s one of the bedrooms were too hot inside

It didn’t have air condition in all the rooms, witch is a problem in summer hot days, hot water had a problem too and the kitchen facilities were very poor
