Lack of HOT WATER! My family was unable to take proper showers due to heater stop working after 2-3 minutes, lack of towels, soap and toilet paper

Beautiful apartment but very disappointed. 5 girls after walking 220km of camino . Wanted a relaxing stay for 2 nights but that didn't happen. Showers didn't work water was freezing . Toilet in main bathroom didn't flush broken . Washing machine broken . No soap in soap dispenser in toilets . No tea towels or paper towels to clean up . Ironing board but no iron. We arrived on a Tuesday looking to shower and wash our clothes after camino . That did not happen. Spent Tuesday night and all day Wednesday messaging owner but no reply eventually at 7 30pm on Wednesday owner sent a plumber who told us he couldn't fix toilet shower or washing machine. So that was waste of time . It was such a pity because it was a lovely apartment, and we were hoping to have a nice two nights . So I wouldn't rate this. I would say avoid as owner did not communicate with us . Happy to take our money with no facilities and should have been given a refund .

-very comfy beds -quiet - even though the main street was close you could not hear anything -really close to the city centre

-apartment was cleaned not exactly, the floor had marks of cups and was not hoovered -pipe from air condition or humidifier has been out from the window what could be easily fixed- there was a gap in the window
