8'th floor ocean view apartment in Las Americas

La proximidad a la playa, estas en 5 minutos andando, además estas al lado de todo, a 15 min del Siam Park y de cualquier tienda o del centro, además las vistas son muy buenas. El piso esta muy bien, viene equipado con todo lo que necesites, limpio, amplio y el aire acondicionado funciona genial

Great stay – everything better than expected! The host sent a clear and detailed welcome message before arrival, which made the check-in super easy. The apartment was clean and well-prepared, with impeccable sheets and towels. The bed, mattress, and pillows were all very comfortable, and the internet was fast and reliable. To top everything off, the host was so kind as to leave a complimentary bottle of Cava (Spanish sparkling wine produced in the same way as Champagne). Thumbs up for that! I very much appreciated the heads-up about potential noise from nearby clubs—it helped me plan accordingly and actually added to the lively vibe of the area. Furthermore, the amazing view from the apartment made the stay even more special. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

I have been staying in Las Americas for 16years in various hotels & appartments. As I messed up my booking I was very fortunate to find this place last minute on booking.com, given everywhere was fully booked. The host was amazing to help me, I also can see why this flat was free possibly putting people off booking it. Firstly the flat was great & modern. In terms of the kitchen there wasn't any tea towels to dry up anything. I improvised using a spare bath towel 🙈 The kitchen facilities were good to use. The bed was extremely comfortable, I couldn't fault anything in the room. You have great views from the balcony overlooking the sea area. The only thing I found was the front door lock was temperamental, and wouldn't close by itself without having to lock it shut. Having a secure front door should be the one important thing. The downfall is the constant bang bang boom boom from the club's out the front of the 'Veronica's area' Clubs are live till 4am. I would suggest the flat would be more suitable to a younger person 'couple' who enjoys the night life scene. Having stayed in loads of hotels & appartments over the years, for the area I think the flat is priced quite high considering you can get half board in some local hotels for less per night for around £70- £80 per night which includes food. I think the £100 per night price tag might be why I was fortunate to find it available for 10days +. If the appartment was priced around £80 per night, I think more people would consider staying despite the sleepless nights. The flat has potential, I think for the price and the sleepless nights might be why the flat has loads of availability, which is a shame

Location not suitable for elderly persons being too close to Veronicas, Nightclubs, noisy bars and disco music until 4 am

apartment is very good if you can tolerate loud music until 3 am.it has everything you need and communication with host was excellent.everything on your doorstep
