Place was clean Lovely views of sea Very central Near to beach The noise did not affect us much

Amazing location, great communication with host, facilities are great in the apartmant, it’s a kind of home feeling when you enter the place!

Just bring ear plugs. It’s such a good and central location, then you might here the party noises. I had an amazing sleep with ear plugs, soo all great!

"After 2.5 hour wait to get into property…rush to bathroom..no toilet roll no shower curtain either so place was flooded"

It was clean enough

No one to meet us when we arrived,eventually after an hour waiting about with a very rude concierge man connected to wifi to see we had a message from the host informing us the key was in the key box outside the property…key box was empty when we checked it…eventually nearly 2.5 hours later someone came and let us in,not a great start!

No shower curtain meant the bathroom got damp, balcony table and chairs needed cleaning

We had an incredible experience staying in this apartment. The owner's communication was excellent, providing fast responses and an easy check-in process. The apartment was fully equipped and ideally situated in the heart of Las Americas, near the beach, clubs, shops, and a fantastic pool. The highlight was the awesome ocean view from the tenth floor, making it a dream destination for a nice and relaxing holiday. Everything was in great condition, and we can't wait to come back.

In the night it gets a bit noise due to the night clubs arround the corner. But nothing serious.

Very clean, great location, all the amenities that you would need for a holiday. Great host, arrived late in the evening with complimentary drinks which was very welcoming.
