שידרגו לנו לסוויטה מהממת מבלי שנדרשנו להוסיף תשלום. נתנו לנו סל מלא ממתקים,שתיה,שמפניה😍 היה אוכל בשפע בארוחת הבוקר. צוות אדיב מאוד. הרגשנו מאוד רצויים. קרוב למרכז העניינים ולבית חב״ד.

החדר היה צריך איוורור. החלונות היו מוגפים בגלל היתושים. ביקשנו שיפתחו והם עשו זאת בלי שום בעיה😃

We had family suite with adjoining room which was perfect for our family. Staff were excellent as was the gym and pool. Great location just out of old town.

Beds a bit hard, breakfast a solid 4 star but not 5 star.

Ein relativ neues Hotel mit großzügigem Interior. Wir hatten einen SuiteUpgrade erhalten und waren begeistert. Das Frühstück braucht keinen Vergleich mit höherwertigen Hotels scheuen.... Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Das beste aber: Das Hotel inmitten der Millionenstadt hat ein Riesenareal und unser Zimmer war absolut ruhig....!!!! : )))

ניקיון במקלחת. היה עובש על החרסינה במקלחת, ביקשנו פעמיים לנקות. הניקיון היה חלקי בלבד.
