It was an excellent property in an excellent location. We booked last minute and wasn't expecting much but it really was truly exceptional. The view was amazing and we absolutely would stay again.

The location was ideal, the apartment is nice and comfy. Parking in Royal William Yard, £15 per night. Close to the sea and a nice view. You can swing in the sea after just 5 minutes walk

Fans for hot days. Noisy on Thursdays mornings , rubbish collection day.

Property located in nice place. However, someone lives on ground floor and was boiling pork fat. It smell even inside a property. Disgusting. We have booked breakfast for next day (37£ for 3 person) however, they don’t provide breakfast in the property! We have to drive to other hotel what was 20 min away ( with traffic in the morning hours) so we kind asked to refund money and cancel it. They have charged for a parking 12£ when we have arrived it was no place. And they don’t have them own parking it was public parking. So we have to paid double. !!!! Manager has given me a promise to refund money for the parking and for the next day breakfast for 3 person, 37£. In reality they never refund this amount and do not respond on my request on booking.com

We ware group of 3 ppl. In bathroom was only 1 set of small shower gel and shampoo.

Loved the bedding and towels the view from windows , location excellent Loved the bakery downstairs on the front although if you want a lie in the chatter from customers in the early mornings could wake you of windows open … as it was a very hot weekend .

First impressions weren’t good as black wrought iron gate to entrance was u clean and the little area could have been tidy with nice pilots of flowers . The stairs and hall way needed hovering it didn’t smell too great either. The hessian rug needs replacing its scolloped edges we’re sticking up & we all kept tripping over it.not comfy to walk on either .. I’m sure it’s hard to vacuum also Not enough milk for morning coffee had to buy some . Sofa looked decent but it wasn’t comfy and it didn’t hold four people. Everything else was very pleasant , although didn’t understand why the shower was so small .. have to be lucky to park & pay but we managed.

Great location, nice apartment, well equipped kitchen

Having to collect the keys elsewhere, should be highlighted on the listing not hidden in the small print, if you didn't have a car would be a nightmare, is really annoying on check out as wanted to have a relaxing brunch locally not drive somewhere immediately. Have they not heard of lockboxes? Being bombarded by messages from the owner company, if I book through here I expect to communicate through here but they ignored the message I did send them. Having to provide a copy of my ID, it is not required in UK for holiday accomodation and as you have paid, including a damages deposit they don't seem to have an actual purpose, so this is not allowed under GDPR rules. Lastly the bed was really uncomfortable cheap and soft and lumpy, so we did not sleep well

Location, stay relaxed feel to the place no stress involved with any alterations on arrival. I’ve had an overall amazing stay thank you!

Location was perfect, the apartment was nicely decorated, modern, clean and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay

Key pickup location is far from the apartment. Perhaps unsuitable if you’re not driving
