Location, pool and staff

We had no running hot water for 24 hours. The freezer was extremely noisy, we told them at the front desk, and nothing was done. Stove was gas, and there was no way to light it. Bed was extremely firm.

"Much negative to say, especially the poor tortue at the entrance"

The jailed tortue at the entrance is awful... please free it !!! The pool looks unclean, did not want to try it
