2 Bedroom Apartment in a Supurb Area of Cardiff

Price was cheap and their is a reason why!

Very dirty , with poo on the wall in the bathroom, everywhere was just dirty. Everything looked like bad workmanship, hole in fuseboard, cables hanging out everywhere, shower fuse went bang at fusebox and cut shower off , beds didn't feel clean so we slept with clothes on , terrible painting job , workman above working late with banging , doors banging all night . Everything is done on the cheap and rough finish and the electrics are possibly dangerous Also the smoke alarm is taken out of the room.

Whole building is in desperate need of renovation.

The actual apartment itself was lovely inside, and great value for money. However there were a few stains on the bedsheets, and crumbs in the bed. Also the area was very convenient and pretty, but myself and my partner had one of the worst experiences ever due the downstairs tenant. First of all when we arrived, there was a gentleman standing in the window with his curtains wide open and was completely naked and we could see everything. Then to top it all off when we came back from our evening out, again the curtains were wide open and we actually witnessed this guy having sexual intercourse with someone else. Myself and my partner were absolutely traumatised and will not be returning to the property due to this
