2 Bedroom Apartment in a Supurb Area of Cardiff

The location and peaceful atmosphere

Location is ok. But the heater is not working and some of the kitchen items are missing. milk, sugar and normal tea bags

Good location handy car park oposite

Bedding dirty / no furniture in the bedrooms not even a chair had to live out of a suitcase, when we put the boiler on there was a smell of gas there for no heat or hot water

bright great location had everything we needed

the decorating in the bathroom seem rushed and unfinished, but everything was clean and worked fine. the seal of the fridge was dirty but again the inside was spotless. the whole apartment was a little hot with no way to turn down the heat, the location meant it was a bit noisy to leave widows open. and the noise from the other apartments was quite loud, but I guess that can’t be helped.

We checked in at 2 and the front door was opened so didn't check the lockbox for the front door keys. We did have the code for the apartment door so got into there ok it wasn't till we got back at 12.30 at night that I realised there was no key in the lockbox to get in the front door tried calling the number from my confirmation email but it went straight to voicemail luckily I tried my own house key and it worked and we got in. Disappointed that there was no help for when we needed it.
